Disciplinary System
Framework:
Discipline alone does not guarantee academic growth, however academic growth cannot take place without discipline. Discipline is what is done FOR a child. The implication is simply to make children do what is right, and ultimately, to develop their character.

“Train up a child in the way he should go (and with keeping with his individual gift or bent) and when he is old he will not depart from it. Discipline gives wisdom but a child left to do whatever he wants will bring shame to his family, school and country. Correct a child while there is hope and his life will be a delight.”

Methodology
Two approaches will be taken to install and maintain a system to promote discipline at the school: a proactive approach and a reactive approach. The proactive approach seeks to inculcate morals and values that will guide students’ action, while the reactive approach seeks to discourage students’ misconduct.

School song

We build our school on Thee, O Lord

We build our school on Thee, O Lord,
To Thee we bring our common need;
The loving heart, the helpful word,
The tender thought, the kindly deed.

We work together in Thy sight,
We live together in Thy love;
Guide Thou our faltering steps aright,
And lift our thought to Heaven above.

Hold Thou each hand to keep it just,
Touch Thou our lips and make them pure,
If Thou art with us, Lord, we must
Be faithful friends and comrades sure.

We change, but Thou art still the same,
The same good Master, Teacher, Friend;
We change; but Lord, we bear Thy Name,
To journey with it to the end.

School Creed

This is Our School

This is our school,
Let peace dwell here
Let the room be filled with contentment.
Let love abide here.
Love of one another,
Love of mankind,
Love of life itself,
And love of God.
Let us remember that as
Many hands build a house
So many hearts make a school.
